The Wand
The Wand™ is a computer-controlled system that delivers local anaesthetic through a small, pen-like handpiece rather than a traditional syringe. It numbs only the tooth being treated — known as Single Tooth Anaesthesia — so children aren’t left with numbness across their lips, tongue or cheeks afterwards. The anaesthetic flows down the fibres anchoring the tooth at a slow, precisely controlled rate, which is what makes it so much more comfortable than a traditional injection.
